1.1. Customer Cancellations: - Customers can cancel their booking by contacting our customer support team via email, phone or website. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation made 13 days or more prior to the tour/activity date: 75% refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellation made between 12 to 8 days prior to the tour/activity date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made 7 days or less prior to the tour/activity date: No refund.
1.2. No-Show Policy: - If a customer fails to show up for the tour/activity without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
