• Payment for Service provided on a personal basis
• lunch and dinner which are not included in Package
• Due to Mishaps, landslides, Strikes, Political unrest etc. the trip Plan will be changed and no refund will be provided if the trip started.
• Cost for service which is not mentioned in the inclusion
• Personal expenses on items such as laundry, soft & hard drinks, Bottle water, and Incidentals.
• Porterage, and Bell-Boy changes tips, etc.

1. Booking Cancellations:

1.1. Customer Cancellations:

• Customers can cancel their booking by contacting our customer support team via email, phone or website. The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Cancellation made 13 days or more prior to the tour/activity date: 75% refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellation made between 12 to 8 days prior to the tour/activity date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation made 7 days or less prior to the tour/activity date: No refund.

1.2. No-Show Policy:

• If a customer fails to show up for the tour/activity without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
