Cancellation Policy for MyParyataka

At MyParyataka, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling to ensure a fair and transparent process for everyone involved.

  1. Booking Cancellations:

1.1. Customer Cancellations:

Customers can cancel their booking by contacting our customer support team via email, phone or website. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation made 13 days or more prior to the tour/activity date: 75% refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellation made between 12 to 8 days prior to the tour/activity date: 50% refund.

Cancellation made 7 days or less prior to the tour/activity date: No refund.

1.2. No-Show Policy:

If a customer fails to show up for the tour/activity without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

  1. Tour/Activity Changes and Rescheduling:

2.1. Changes by the Customer:

Customers can request changes to their booking date or itinerary by contacting our customer support team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.2. Changes by Myparyataka:

In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel a tour/activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or insufficient participation, customers will be offered the option to reschedule to a suitable date or receive a full refund.

  1. Refunds:

3.1. Refund Processing:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 6 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

3.2. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain tours, activities, or services may be marked as non-refundable during the booking process. These items are not eligible for refunds unless Myparyataka is unable to fulfill the reservation.
